Review from Yelp.com Next stop on Yelp across New England, Newport, Rhode Island.
I spent 3 days in Newport and everyday I went to Atlantic Grille for breakfast - what a truly fantastic place and a real highlight of my trip!
I had omlettes two of the days and raspberry chocolate pancakes the other day. Everything I ate here was amazing...the potatoes are truly out of this world and highly recommended (wish i could get the secret recipe).
From the moment I took my first bite, I was sold on Atlantic grille! I found myself comparing other breakfasts to Atlantic grille on the rest of my trip and they couldn't even come close!
Keep up the good work folks!

Review from Trip Advisor "Friendly people, really good breakfast"
Family of 5 needing to open our eyes and get busy exploring Saturday morning, started our day with a delicious breakfast that pleased everyone. Now that is an achievement! Great eggs and egg beaters too, waffles, bacon, sausage, pancakes. All 5 of us were members of the clean plate club.
Great way to start a leisurely, happy Saturday!

Very tasty and quick turn around! My order was out in less than 3-4 min! I went here based on Urbanspoon rec. This place us VERY local, the waitstaff knew just about everybody walking in (except me, but they still treated me well).

Newport Life Magazine: Atlantic Grille
Chew on this. Not only is the food great at this pleasant diner, but it's only a block away from Easton's Beach, making it the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast before fun-in-the-sun time. True to the restaurant's beach locale, the menu offers specials with names like First Beach, Second Beach, Third Beach, Surfer's End and Bailey's Beach- each one larger and more calorie-packed than the next. Of course you can always order the standard eggs and omelettes, pancakes and French toast, with any fruit that is in season. As you would expect from any diner worth its salt (or pepper!), breakfast is served all day at the Grille, though salads, chowder, sandwiches and burgers are as well.
What people can't get enough of. The three egg omelettes (try the Grille's own version with chourico, bacon, onion, and cheddar) and the eggs Benedict, offered in its classic formats well as a veggie Benedict an Atlantic Benedict (with bacon on a grilled corn muffin) and an Irish Benedict (with corned beef and hash). Sadly for us, the "Bennies"are only offered on weekends and holidays.
